Our culture

Creative, practical, and collaborative

Frame Ora Video was founded in 2025 with a focused purpose: develop concise, entertaining video ideas and carry them through production and post. We value strong concepts, thoughtful preparation, clear feedback, and respect for everyone’s time.

Our work moves quickly, but we do not confuse speed with chaos. We aim to set clear expectations, keep communication direct, and create room for people to contribute their expertise. Good collaboration matters as much as the final cut.

Freelance collaboration

How we work together

01

Project-based opportunities

We bring in freelance talent according to each production’s format, schedule, location, and creative needs. Opportunities may include producing, directing, camera, lighting, sound, editing, motion graphics, writing, and on-camera performance.

02

Defined expectations

Before work begins, we discuss the scope, deliverables, timing, location, availability, and agreed terms. Some projects are completed remotely, while production roles may require work on set or on location.

03

Professional communication

We appreciate collaborators who respond reliably, prepare carefully, take direction well, and raise questions early. We also welcome people who can suggest smart creative solutions while staying aligned with the brief.

How to apply

Introduce yourself by email

Email admin@frameora.site with the subject line “Freelance Collaboration.” Tell us your primary role, location, availability, and the types of projects you enjoy.

Include a résumé or short professional summary and links to a portfolio, reel, or relevant work samples. Please send links rather than large attachments. On-camera creators may also include their social profiles and typical content formats.

We review introductions based on current and upcoming project needs. Sending an application does not create an employment or engagement commitment.
