Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to https://frameora.site and your purchase or use of services provided under the Frame Ora Video brand by Frame Ora Video Inc., a Washington corporation. By accessing our website, approving a quote, or engaging us to perform services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. A written quote, statement of work, or other signed agreement may include additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Services
Frame Ora Video provides video production, editing, post-production, motion graphics, and related creative services. The scope, schedule, deliverables, revision process, and client responsibilities for each project will be described in a written quote or project agreement. Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of materials, approvals, and feedback. Requested changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. Work may require an initial payment before production begins, with remaining amounts due according to the applicable invoice or agreement. Invoices must be paid using the stated payment method and by the stated due date. You are responsible for applicable taxes, approved expenses, and third-party costs identified in advance. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables while an undisputed payment is overdue.
Client Materials & Usage Rights
You may provide footage, images, audio, logos, scripts, trademarks, data, or other materials for a project. You retain ownership of those materials and grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to copy, edit, store, and use them solely to provide the requested services. You represent that you own or have secured all permissions required for our use of the materials. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we will not publicly display completed client work without permission.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to final deliverables expressly identified in the applicable agreement. Frame Ora Video Inc. retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, workflows, know-how, unused concepts, project files, and other materials not designated as final deliverables. Third-party assets, including music, fonts, stock media, and software, remain subject to their respective license terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, impersonate others, interfere with website security, or create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or exploitative content. We may decline, suspend, or terminate work that reasonably appears to violate these restrictions.
Disclaimers
Services and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Creative results may vary based on project requirements and client-supplied materials. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability, compatibility with every platform, or any particular commercial, audience, or marketing result. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Ora Video Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively, and continued use of the website or services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
